Terms and Conditions​ for the Cash Voucher (General ICAO English Course and Diagnostic Tests)

1. This voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, in part or in full.​
   
   
2. The voucher is non-transferable and can only be used by the original recipient. It cannot be sold, traded, or gifted to another individual.​
   
   
3. This voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance. It cannot be extended beyond the expiration date.​
   
   
4. This voucher can be redeemed once per General English Course enrollment. It cannot be used multiple times.​
   
   
5. The voucher can only be used towards enrollment in the General English Course/Diagnostic Test as specified on the voucher. If the course/Diagnostic Test service is no longer available, the voucher cannot be redeemed for any other products or services offered by The Hong Kong Youth Aviation Academy (HKYAA).​
   
   
6. This voucher cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or special offers.​
   
   
7. If the student cancels their enrollment in the General English Course/Diagnostic Test, any unused portion of the voucher will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued.​
   
   
8. Any disputes arising from the use of this voucher will be resolved according to the policies and procedures of The Hong Kong Youth Aviation Academy (HKYAA).​
   
   
9. This voucher is void where prohibited by law.​
   
   
10. The Hong Kong Youth Aviation Academy (HKYAA) reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.​
    
    
11. By redeeming this voucher, the user agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.​
